Job description

Overview:

Ready Reserve Disaster Support Agent (Temporary Remote Opportunity)

Make a Difference When People Need It Most.

When disasters strike, every call matters. Join Senture's Ready Reserve Team, a temporary, remote workforce activated during natural disasters, emergencies, and seasonal surges to help individuals and families access critical information and support during challenging times.

As a Ready Reserve Agent (RRA), you will be among the first voices individuals hear as they begin navigating the recovery process. Through compassion, active listening, and accurate information, you will help people take important first steps toward rebuilding their lives after catastrophic weather events and other emergencies.

This is meaningful work for people who want to make an impact while maintaining the flexibility of a temporary, on-call role.

Why Join Ready Reserve?

  • Serve a meaningful mission from home by helping individuals affected by disasters and emergencies.
  • Flexible, temporary employment activated based on disaster response and business needs.
  • Gain valuable customer service and crisis-support experience.
  • Join a company committed to supporting its employees beyond a single assignment.

This is a temporary, work-from-home position that is activated based on disaster relief and seasonal support needs. While assignment lengths vary depending on client and disaster response requirements, Senture understands the importance of continued employment opportunities.

When a temporary assignment concludes, eligible employees may have the opportunity to work with Senture's dedicated Redeployment Team, which assists team members in identifying and applying for other available positions within the company. Placement is dependent upon business needs and the employee meeting all position qualifications, performance expectations, and eligibility requirements.

Important: You must complete assessments! Recruiters will not review your application submission until all assessments are complete.

At the end of the application, you’ll see a screen titled β€œDigital Interview.” Please wait a moment for the purple link to loadβ€”this will take you to the required assessments. These must be completed from a computer or laptop. Assessments must be completed before moving forward in the process.

Answer the Call. Serve from Home. Change a Life.

When disaster strikes, communities need compassionate people ready to help. Join Senture's Ready Reserve Team and be part of the response that brings support, information, and hope when it matters most.
