Verathon® is looking for a Territory Manager to become the newest member of our Sales Team located in the Netherlands to manage the sales strategy for our GlidesScope product line

Your Business

GlideScope®:

• We developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a variety of workflows and specialties.

BFlex™:

• We introduced BFlex bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex delivers the industry’s first total airway solution.

How will you add Value?

• Business Management: As a Verathon Sales Representative you will strategically manage the business in your territory to promote the Verathon GlideScope® product line. You will execute sales strategies and techniques to realize sales opportunities identified in the Total Available Market (TAM) segmentation and analysis
• Be a Trusted Partner: You will generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding the needs, building rapport, and influence customers by delivering presentations to customers including creative solutions to their problems. You will manage the relationships with key customer stakeholders like Clinical Nursing, C-suite Executives, Administration, and BioMed contacts.
• Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: You will generate a high volume of sales activity by in-person prospecting, product evaluations, proposal generation, customer presentations, and negotiations. You will forecast your business potential in order to ensure your sales pipeline supports achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Understand your market: You will learn new industry and market information that allow you to adapt to shifts in market demand and strategy. You will engage in strategic business planning and execution and provide accurate and thorough sales reporting to leadership.

The Basics:

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• Fluent Dutch language and knowledge of professional English is required
• Drivers License
