Job description

Remote position only for professionals based in Argentina.
 
We are looking for a Pre-Press Imaging Operator to support imaging and color correction of card images / designs in line with one of our clients' teams. The ideal candidate is design-savvy and organized, exhibits strong attention to detail, and brings deep experience in imaging and color correction operations. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.
 
In this role, you will…
Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements
Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project
Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve desired color results for various projects
Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and/or color accuracy
Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment 
Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software 
 
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and color correction operations 
Proficiency in imaging and color correction software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction tools
Strong knowledge of color theory and color management
Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
