Job description

We deliver services by deploying associates who are located throughout the United States and in 90+ countries around the world to your supplier sites. Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.

 

We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to own the end-to-end process of pulling data from our internal repositories and turning it into clear, actionable dashboards and reports. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical instincts and advanced Excel skills  rather than a deep IT background. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate raw data into intuitive, easy-to-navigate tools they can use on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull, extract, and organize data from the company's central data repository/database on a recurring basis
  • Validate data for accuracy and flag/resolve discrepancies before publishing
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to support business decision-making
  • Assist in defining and documenting system requirements for current and future inspection, audit, and engineering programs
  • Recommend programs to support data analysis and automation for scalability to new programs and commodities
  • Create tools for new programs to track performance of auditors, assessors, inspectors, etc… as needed
  • Pull, extract, and organize data from the company's central data repository/database on a recurring basis
  • Partner on data infrastructure, visualization, and analytics roadmap initiatives
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and deep dives to generate actionable metrics and be able to communicate this to internal stakeholders.
  • Automate internal and external reporting while ensuring data quality and timeliness
  • Improve report performance and streamline data visualization using advanced modeling techniques
  • Maintain data accuracy, governance, and documentation; support validation processes

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inspection plans and protocols.
  • Expert with data analysis and display
  • Willingness to learn and integrate AI into current technology.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in analytics or BI development
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Ability to work effectively within a quality management system.
  • Must be able to read and write in English
  • Open to travel up to 20% of the time
  • Experience with Tableu
