Technology: 

Innovative Network of Knowledge will provide this role with a company provided laptop, but the employee will secure and cover the cost for the operation of this technology in the virtual landscape of his/her home office. (internet, telephone, home office setup, etc.).

Position Overview:


Job Summary:


Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time EC-6 Core subjects' teacher to join our education department. The ideal candidate will have strong content knowledge and the ability to engage students through effective, differentiated instruction. The teacher will be responsible for writing curriculum and planning, delivering, and assessing instruction that supports students in alignment with Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). 

Key Responsibilities:


● Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with TEKS.
● Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student learning and respect for every student.
● Use a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to meet the needs of all learners.
● Assess student progress regularly and maintain accurate records of grades and performance.
● Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
● Participate in school-related activities, staff meetings, and professional development.
● Proctor In Person state testing as determined by geographic location
● Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with the student code of conduct.
● Comply with all school policies, state laws, and district guidelines.

Qualifications:


Required:


● Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.
● Valid Texas teaching certification in one of the Core subjects (EC–6)
● Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Preferred:


● Ability to integrate technology into instruction effectively
