5+ years of software development experience in an enterprise or similar setting.
Proven technical leadership and experience mentoring junior developers.
Experience leading and participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and architectural guidelines.
Ability to thrive in a remote, contract-based environment with strong self-management and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with architects, analysts, PMs, and business stakeholders.
Experience following established standards and best practices in software design and development.
Contract position with compensation discussed during offer process.
Remote work with primary coordination in US time zones.
