Aufgabenspektrum

Als OpenStack Consultant bist du der strategische Partner für unsere Kunden, wenn es um moderne Cloud-Infrastrukturen geht. Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden ganzheitlich bei der Planung, Implementierung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung ihrer OpenStack-Umgebungen.
  • Du entwirfst und errichtest maßgeschneiderte Private- und Hybrid-Cloud-Szenarien auf OpenStack-Basis.
  • Du vernetzt OpenStack nahtlos mit bestehenden Systemlandschaften, wie beispielsweise Kubernetes, Ceph, Ansible oder Terraform.
  • Bestehende Installationen analysierst du messerscharf im Hinblick auf Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit.
  • Du treibst Orchestrierungsprojekte voran und sorgst für effiziente Abläufe durch moderne Tool-Chains.
  • Du erstellst hochwertige technische Dokumentationen und gibst dein Wissen aktiv an Kunden sowie innerhalb des Teams weiter.

Erfahrungen

Das bringst du mit, um die Rolle erfolgreich auszufüllen:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, IT) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Fokus auf Systemintegration.
  • Du blickst auf mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Cloud-Infrastrukturen zurück und kennst dich bestens mit OpenStack aus.
  • Du bist sicher in der Administration von Linux-Systemen (Ubuntu, RHEL, CentOS) und hast Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (KVM) sowie Storage-Lösungen wie Ceph, Swift oder Cinder.
  • Tools wie Ansible, Terraform oder Puppet gehören zu deinem Standard-Repertoire. Zudem verstehst du komplexe Netzwerktechnologien (SDN, Neutron, VXLAN).
  • Der Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Container-Technologien (Docker, Kubernetes) und Monitoring-Tools ist für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Analytisches Denken, eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du verfügst über Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
