Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is seeking an experienced Senior Epic Ambulatory / Healthy Planet / Cogito Analyst to support our healthcare client on strategic Epic initiatives. This individual will play a key role in optimizing Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, and Cogito, while supporting Community Connect deployments, healthcare interoperability, and third-party application integrations. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving clinical workflows, population health, quality outcomes, and data-driven decision-making.

This is a direct-hire, primarily remote opportunity with occasional travel required for key meetings, project milestones, and go-live activities. Initial client engagement requires availability during Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure, and optimize Epic Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, and Cogito applications.
  • Support Epic Ambulatory workflows, population health, care management, quality, and value-based care initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain registries, dashboards, Reporting Workbench reports, Radar dashboards, and analytics.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to improve workflows, reporting, and application performance.
  • Support Community Connect implementations, upgrades, and optimization efforts.
  • Collaborate on healthcare interoperability and third-party application integrations.
  • Support Epic testing, system enhancements, production support, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Mentor junior analysts and serve as a subject matter expert across Ambulatory, Healthy Planet, and Cogito.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Epic analyst experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Epic Ambulatory certification required.
  • Epic Healthy Planet certification required.
  • Epic Cogito certification or equivalent reporting experience preferred.
  • Experience with:
    • Epic Ambulatory
    • Healthy Planet
    • Cogito
    • Reporting Workbench
    • Radar Dashboards
    • SlicerDicer
    • Population Health and Care Management workflows
  • Experience supporting Community Connect environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and third-party application integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Epic certifications such as Care Everywhere, Clarity, or Caboodle.
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of value-based care programs and quality reporting.


Benefits

Salary based on experience 
$110,000 - $150,000 +
