🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

💬 Client Engagement & Support

  • Chat with travelers via WhatsApp to understand their preferences and provide personalized travel recommendations.
  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to inquiries (within 10–20 minutes during your shift).
  • Handle special requests and ensure smooth communication between clients and hotels/vendors.

🔍 Research & Booking

  • Research and recommend hotels, restaurants, and attractions using AI tools and reliable online sources.
  • Verify every detail—location, timing, currency, and amenities—before confirming bookings.
  • Coordinate hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel logistics across multiple booking platforms.

🗺️ Content & Curation

  • Write and curate destination guides and travel recommendations that blend inspiration with practical insight.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to highlight exceptional hotels and destinations for social content.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of travel trends, new openings, and local gems.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability

  • Think fast and find creative solutions when plans change (e.g., flight delays or cancellations).
  • Communicate calmly and clearly under pressure to maintain client confidence and satisfaction.
