THE WORK:

  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies to enable commercial excellence.

  • Develop and optimize sales processes and operating models to improve revenue outcomes.

  • Create roadmaps for digital technology implementations, including CRM, CPQ, CLM (Configure-Price&Quote), TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management) platforms.

  • Develop pricing strategies, operating models, and processes aligned with organizational goals.

  • Conduct analytics-driven assessments and business case development for pricing and sales transformation.

  • Enable platform-based solutions such as CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price&Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management).

  • Collaborate with clients to design data-driven solutions for sales and pricing challenges.

  • Leverage AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to enhance and automate sales processes, including AI-powered lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, intelligent forecasting, and GenAI-driven content generation for sales enablement. Apply key market solutions such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, SAP Joule, Oracle AI to drive pipeline efficiency and revenue growth.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more areas: Sales Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Revenue Management, or Go-to-Market Strategy

  • 1 year of Consulting experience, Consumer Goods, Industrials, Life science, Telco

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in team-oriented environments with both clients and colleagues.

  • Analytical mindset to design innovative, data-driven solutions.

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or German is preferred.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to interact with senior leadership as a trusted advisor.

  • Hands-on experience with enabling technologies such as CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price&Quote), CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) TPM (Trade Promotion Management), SPM (Sales performance management) platforms.

  • Knowledge of AI and GenAI tools and capabilities relevant to Sales processes, including familiarity with market-leading solutions such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, SAP Joule, Oracle AI; understanding of GenAI use cases such as AI-generated sales, conversational intelligence, predictive forecasting, and automated outreach.

  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of work, including developing and driving opportunities in the sales and pricing domain

Working Conditions:

  • Headquarter in Warsaw.   

  • Traveling to work with prestigious clients and deliver large-scale transformational change. We deliver our work in hybrid model, remotely, in our offices but also traveling and working closely with our Clients in their offices. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.   

  • The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client, or in an Accenture office—depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.
