Company Overview:
Since 2012, Lighthouse Autism Center has provided the highest quality, center-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We have Centers located in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Nebraska, and North Carolina. At Lighthouse, children work on things like social skills, daily living skills, communication skills, and school-readiness skills. All children are overseen by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and programs are implemented by Registered Behavior Technicians. Lighthouse Autism Center also has full-time Speech-Language Pathologists on staff who provide co-treat and consultative services speech therapy services to children who attend the centers.
Summary:
The Controller is a strategic finance leader responsible for directing the organization's accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance within a private equity-backed healthcare environment. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this role partners closely with the Chief Financial Officer and executive leaders to support organizational strategy, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. The Controller serves as a trusted business partner by delivering timely financial insights, performance analytics, revenue forecasts, and cash flow projections that enable informed decision-making across the organization. This role also plays an integral part in supporting growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, financial integration, and continuous process improvement. The position offers significant executive visibility and opportunities to broaden strategic leadership responsibilities as the organization continues to grow.
