ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Analyst will support the Insights & Analytics team in collecting, organizing, and analyzing programmatic data to help New Classrooms better understand student outcomes and program performance. This role is responsible for translating data requests from internal stakeholders into clean, well-documented analyses, and presenting findings in ways that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The Data Analyst will work alongside applied data scientists, product managers, and program leaders, gaining exposure to the full analytics value chain — from raw data extraction and cleaning through insights development, visualization and stakeholder communication. The role sits within a small but high-impact Insights & Analytics team, and the right candidate will have both the technical aptitude to dig into data and the curiosity to understand the educational context behind it. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career data professional who is eager to develop their skills in a mission-driven environment.
