ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Translate analytical findings into clear, well-designed visualizations for a range of audiences, including program teams, leadership, and external partners
  • Support the development of standardized reporting templates and data products

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with colleagues across Program Success, Product, and Academic teams to understand data questions and ensure analyses are grounded in operational and programmatic context
  • Communicate data findings and their implications clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, proactively flagging data quality issues or unexpected trends
  • Leverage enterprise AI tools where appropriate to increase the efficiency and quality of analytical work

  • Experience with Git
  • Comfort working with imperfect, uncurated data and a practical mindset for navigating data quality challenges
  • Familiarity with or enthusiasm for applying enterprise AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted querying, summarization, or workflow automation) to improve the efficiency and quality of analytical work
