Sports Coach

We're seeking an experienced sports coach to work with athletes looking to level up their performance, as well as aspiring coaches looking to break into coaching themselves. This role includes guiding athletes through sport-specific skills, strength and conditioning, mental toughness, and injury prevention to help them train smarter and perform at a higher level. For those pursuing coaching as a career, coaches also provide guidance on coaching philosophy and program design, team management, and certification requirements needed to coach at various levels. Additional support includes resume review, interview prep, and networking strategy to help aspiring coaches land the right role and build connections in the field. Ideal candidates have professional athletic or coaching experience, prior mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping both athletes and aspiring coaches reach their goals. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
