Job description

Position: Growth Marketing & Business Development Manager
Salary:
PHP 125,000
Working Hours: NZ Hours

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing New Zealand-based group operating across digital advertising and experiential events. They help businesses increase brand visibility through innovative outdoor advertising solutions while also delivering high-quality corporate events, activations, and brand experiences nationwide.

They are seeking a commercially driven Growth Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead lead-generation initiatives, drive outbound business development, and oversee digital marketing strategies across both businesses.

This is not a traditional social media role. You'll work closely with the founder to build scalable marketing systems, generate qualified business opportunities, and contribute directly to the company's continued growth.

About the Role

This is a strategic, hands-on position that combines Business Development, Growth Marketing, and Digital Marketing.

The role will approximately consist of:

  • 70% Business Development & Lead Generation
  • 30% Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, execute independently, and take ownership of measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

Your primary objective is to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound strategies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain prospect lists across target industries
  • Research businesses with upcoming campaigns, expansions, or marketing initiatives
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to decision-makers
  • Execute LinkedIn prospecting and outreach campaigns
  • Develop and manage email outreach sequences
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the founder
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and sales pipeline
  • Follow up consistently with prospects
  • Develop repeatable outbound sales processes

  • Running LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Engaging with prospects and industry contacts

Paid Digital Marketing

Plan, launch, and optimise lead generation campaigns across:

  • Meta Ads
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Google Ads (preferred)

Responsibilities include:

  • Audience research
  • Campaign setup and optimisation
  • Landing page optimisation
  • Creative testing
  • Performance reporting
  • Continuous campaign improvements

Digital Marketing

Manage and grow the digital presence across both businesses by:

  • Managing social media channels
  • Developing monthly content calendars
  • Writing engaging marketing copy
  • Creating graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Editing supplied photos and videos into engaging content
  • Producing short-form videos and reels
  • Creating client case studies
  • Managing email marketing campaigns
  • Running paid Meta advertising campaigns
  • Community engagement and audience management

Note: Event attendance or filming is not required. Marketing assets will be provided for content creation.

Website & SEO

Support ongoing website improvements by:

  • Updating website content
  • Creating landing pages
  • Improving SEO performance
  • Writing blog articles
  • Optimising lead capture
  • Increasing website conversion rates

Marketing Automation

Develop scalable marketing systems including:

  • Email nurture campaigns
  • CRM automations
  • Lead follow-up sequences
  • Newsletter campaigns
  • Marketing workflows

Reporting & Performance

Prepare weekly reports covering:

  • Leads generated
  • Meetings booked
  • Campaign performance
  • Website traffic
  • Paid advertising ROI
  • Recommendations for continuous improvement

We're looking for someone who brings proactive ideas—not just reports.

Within your first 90 days, you will have:

  • Built a consistent outbound sales process
