Job Requirements:

  • Strong spoken and written skills. 
  • Must be proficient in excel and word.
  • Must be proficient in Xero and Phone communication to customers and internal contacts.

Core responsibilities:

  • All work is done through Xero.
  • Reconcile accounts Code transactions.
  • Process payroll Process invoicing.
  • Produce commercial reports from xero.
  • Create and analyse excel spread sheets.
