Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound activity, maintaining a pace of 100+ calls per day.
  • Prospect and qualify B2B leads to ensure a seamless handoff to the Account Executive team.
  • Effectively navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Manage a persistent follow-up cadence via phone and email to maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records of all activity and lead intelligence within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain high call volumes (100+ daily dials) consistently.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
  • Strong "resilience muscle" and the ability to handle objections with poise.
  • A dedicated, quiet home office setup with high-speed internet.
  • Experience using modern sales engagement platforms and CRM tools.
  • Background in technology or professional services sales.
