Job description

This is a remote position.

Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für die Automatisierung komplexer Sales-Prozesse mit KI-Agenten und modernen Workflow-Tools wie n8n. Zunächst analysierst du die bestehenden Prozesse und die Systemlandschaft direkt vor Ort beim Kunden und erarbeitest daraus ein fundiertes Automatisierungskonzept inklusive Tool-Auswahl und Kostenabschätzung. Basierend auf diesem Konzept übernimmst du in einem späteren Schritt die technische Umsetzung – von Entwicklung über Testing bis zum Live-Deployment. Wenn du technische Tiefe mit unternehmerischem Denken verbinden willst und gerne dort arbeitest, wo die Lösung tatsächlich eingesetzt wird, bist du hier richtig. Während dem Projekt wirst du zwischendurch auf Deutschland reisen müssen.

Requirements

  • Erfahrung mit KI-Agenten und Automatisierungstools (z. B. n8n, Windmill, PowerAutomate)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Software-Entwicklung
  • Verständnis von Systemarchitekturen, APIs und ERP-Schnittstellen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit Kunden und Stakeholdern vor Ort
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung mit testgetriebener Entwicklung und Deployment
  • Verständnis von IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Idealerweise Hintergrund in Informatik, Computational Science oder vergleichbarem technischem Studium
