We give patients and clinicians the clarity needed to make confident decisions when they matter most. Join our team to find a purpose-driven career, an inclusive culture, and robust benefits to support your life while you’re working to help others.

Position Overview

Our Phoenix laboratory performs advanced molecular diagnostics supporting the OncoExTra™ + IHC, and OncoDetect™ testing programs. These assays leverage next-generation sequencing (NGS) and circulating tumor DNA technologies to provide comprehensive genomic insights that help guide therapy selection, monitor minimal residual disease, and inform treatment decisions for patients with cancer.

As a Staff Pathologist, you will play a key role in the interpretation, validation, and clinical reporting of molecular diagnostic results while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across laboratory operations, bioinformatics, clinical development, and medical affairs. Our Phoenix laboratory is CAP-accredited and CLIA-certified, performing high-complexity molecular testing that supports precision oncology initiatives and clinical research programs.

This role follows a digital workflow/ hybrid model, with physicians working approximately three weeks remote and one week per month on-site in Phoenix to support laboratory operations, case sign-out, and collaboration with the local team.
