Job description

ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Marketing Manager will own True Footage's marketing efforts end to end — from prospecting and campaign execution, to our website and search presence, to our footprint at industry conferences. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both set strategy and execute it, and who's comfortable owning results across a wide range of channels.

COMPANY INFORMATION

True Footage is the team behind TrueTracts, our proprietary property appraisal software used nationally by top appraisers and trusted by lenders across the country. We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help us grow our parent company and our flagship product. This is an exciting opportunity to help with our reach, our pipeline, and our reputation across the industry!

ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • Prospecting & Sales Campaigns: Prospect and sell True Footage's brand and products through email campaigns, texting/SMS campaigns, direct mail, and other applicable channels; build and manage a multi-channel outreach calendar and pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Customer Communications: Product Marketing & Communications: Partner with the TrueTracts product manager on user communications, announcing feature updates, promotions, notable integrations and more to keep customers informed and engaged.
  • Partnerships & Sponsorships: Identify, negotiate, and manage co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities — including partnerships with industry organizations, lenders, or other brands — that expand True Footage's visibility and credibility.
  • Content & Brand Management: Work with the Senior Social Media Manager to align on strategy and brand consistency across social media.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs across every channel (email, SMS, direct mail, web, social, events), report on ROI, and use performance data to continuously refine strategy.
  • Website Management: Own the company website in its entirety — keep content current, identify and implement improvements to SEO and overall web presence, and monitor site performance and analytics to guide ongoing updates.
  • Conferences & Industry Events: Plan and manage True Footage's presence at industry conferences and trade shows, including selecting which events to attend or sponsor, coordinating booth design and logistics, securing speaking opportunities, managing event budgets, and following up on leads generated after each event.
  • Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain marketing materials that support the sales and appraisal team, including one-pagers, case studies, and pitch decks.
  • Marketing Technology & CRM: Manage and optimize the tools used for email, texting, and direct mail campaigns, ensuring clean data, effective segmentation, and smooth handoff of leads to sales.

  • Hands-on experience managing a company website and driving SEO strategy.
  • Experience planning and executing a brand's presence at industry conferences or trade shows.
