Recruiter (Talent Acquisition & LinkedIn Recruiter) – Remote

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Client Business Hours (flexibility required for interviews and candidate availability)

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll partner with hiring managers to identify top talent, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding hiring experience. You’ll own multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring hiring goals are met quickly without compromising quality.

What You’ll Own

Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Define success criteria, hiring timelines, and sourcing strategies.
  • Write compelling, SEO-optimized job descriptions.
  • Adjust recruitment strategies based on market trends and hiring priorities.

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Management

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Indeed
    • Glassdoor
    • Job boards
    • Boolean search techniques
  • Source both active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to attract high-quality talent.
  • Continuously strengthen pipeline quality and candidate response rates.

Candidate Screening & Assessment

  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
  • Evaluate candidates based on:
    • Experience
    • Technical skills
    • Communication
    • Cultural fit
  • Utilize behavioral interviewing and competency-based assessments.
  • Coordinate assessments or case studies where required.

Candidate Experience

  • Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Provide timely updates and maintain transparent communication.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Represent the client’s employer brand throughout the hiring process.

Interview Coordination & Hiring Support

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Prepare candidates for each interview stage.
  • Collect structured feedback from interview panels.
  • Facilitate hiring discussions and decision-making with stakeholders.

Offer Management & Onboarding

  • Prepare and present employment offers.
  • Support offer negotiations professionally.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities.
  • Ensure smooth candidate transitions through onboarding.

ATS & Recruitment Operations

  • Manage recruitment workflows using ATS platforms such as:
    • Greenhouse
    • Lever
    • JazzHR
    • iCIMS
    • Similar systems
  • Track:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Source effectiveness
    • Pipeline health
    • Candidate progression
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and dashboards.
  • Share hiring insights and market trends with leadership.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Update ATS records and maintain recruitment pipelines.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Share hiring updates and market insights with stakeholders.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring progress.
