Job description

This is a remote position.

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing company operating at the intersection of SaaS, automation, and business operations. They specialize in providing backend support, onboarding, and systems management for agencies, helping them scale efficiently without building large internal teams.

With a strong track record of supporting thousands of businesses and driving significant client revenue, the company is focused on eliminating operational bottlenecks and enabling high-performance growth.

They are now seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO & COO is a high-impact, highly trusted role at the center of how the company operates. This is not a traditional administrative position.

You will act as a strategic partner and force multiplier, ensuring the CEO and COO are consistently focused on the highest-value priorities that drive growth, revenue, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate thinks like a business owner, communicates with clarity and confidence, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and strong judgment is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the CEO and COO’s calendars, inboxes, and communications with strong prioritization and judgment
  • Act as the primary gatekeeper, triaging inbound requests and routing them effectively
  • Prepare executives for meetings with the right context, materials, and information
  • Track action items and ensure consistent follow-through across teams
  • Protect executive time by prioritizing strategic initiatives over reactive work
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle communications with speed, clarity, and discretion

What You’ll Own

  • The effectiveness, focus, and productivity of the CEO and COO
  • Clear prioritization of tasks, communications, and commitments
  • End-to-end follow-through on key initiatives
  • Executive-level organization and alignment across teams
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and trust.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of priorities
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs before they arise
  • Impeccable judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly.

Benefits

  • Salary: $3,000 - $5,000/Monthly
  • 100% Remote from anywhere in the US & Canada.

Salary: $3,000 - $5,000
