Senior Product Manager

What youโ€™ll be doing

As a Senior Product Manager at Street Group, youโ€™ll be a trusted leader in your area of responsibility which will be the Spectre Product. This is a permanent, high-autonomy role with ownership from day one, combining digital, marketing, and AI initiatives. You will:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the website, property report, and wider digital products.

  • Support other teams in alignment for 12 months while leading your own product areas.

  • Shape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and further PropTech AI integration.

  • Lead discovery directly with customers, turning insights into actionable priorities.

  • Influence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data, and leadership to gain buy-in and drive execution.

  • Act as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others and contributing to best practices.

A bit about you

Weโ€™re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and operate at Senior PM level from day one. Youโ€™ll have:

  • Proven experience in B2B or SaaS product strategy, with end-to-end ownership and clear commercial impact.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to influence across departments and levels.

  • Comfort with autonomous working, so you donโ€™t need hand-holding or step-by-step direction.

  • Confidence in using and integrating AI tools into your day-to-day product management (Claude Code and similar).

  • A clear, articulate communicator who can explain what youโ€™ve built, why you built it, and the results it achieved.

  • Passion for product, motivation to improve processes, and curiosity to keep learning.

Salary

ยฃ60,000 - ยฃ75,000 dependent on experience. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations, planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
