Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Talent Operations Coordinator to join our Global Talent Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the seamless coordination, administration, and data integrity of our global leadership and talent initiatives. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure high-quality program delivery and participant engagement.

You will join a collaborative, forward-thinking team dedicated to fostering continuous growth, leadership excellence, and a highly engaged global workforce.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Program Coordination & Administration: Plan, track, and manage initiatives across the Global Talent Development team while coordinating large-scale meetings, events, and communications across diverse time zones.

  • Data Management & Insights: Manage and consolidate complex data sets across multiple systems, ensuring absolute accuracy and translating data into actionable reporting and dashboards for key stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement & Project Support: Identify opportunities to automate, scale, and improve global programs using technology platforms, while taking direct ownership of key Talent Strategy micro-projects.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner and communicate effectively with global team members and leaders at all organizational levels, providing clear guidance and maintaining active program spaces for both active cohorts and alumni.

  • Project Coordination: Proven experience successfully coordinating multi-faceted projects and managing administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.

  • Technical & Platform Proficiency: Strong technical expertise, including advanced proficiency with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and a talent for presenting complex data in clear, engaging visual formats.

  • Communication & Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate, and build strong relationships across diverse global time zones.

  • Resourcefulness & Ambiguity Management: A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail amidst shifting priorities.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: A strong interest in Learning and Development, coupled with a curious, analytical approach to solving problems and challenging the status quo.
