If you want to win big, grow fast, and work with the customers building what’s next, NXP Global Sales is where ambition becomes achievement.

As a Global Account Manager (GAM), you will be responsible for developing and executing the worldwide growth strategy for a portfolio of strategic industrial customers across factory automation, building automation, power & energy and robotics. This role coordinates cross-functional and cross-regional resources to drive design wins, revenue growth, executive engagement, and long-term strategic partnerships. The GAM serves as the single point of accountability for global account strategy, aligning customer technology roadmaps with NXP's product portfolio and business objectives while maximizing design-in opportunities across all product lines and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive global account strategies for assigned strategic customers.

  • Build executive-level relationships across engineering, sourcing, operations, and business leadership.

  • Drive design wins, pipeline development, revenue growth, and market-share expansion.

  • Coordinate global account activities across AMEC, EMEA, Greater China, and other regions.

  • Lead executive business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and roadmap discussions.

  • Identify and influence customer technology roadmaps to secure long-term design positions.

  • Collaborate with business lines, product marketing, applications engineering, and operations teams.

  • Develop account-specific growth plans, TAM analysis, and competitive positioning strategies.

  • Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial escalations.

  • Ensure timely resolution of technical, supply chain, quality, and commercial issues.

  • Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.

  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 10+ years of semiconductor, industrial automation, electronics, or technology sales experience.

  • Demonstrated success managing large strategic or global accounts.

  • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

  • Experience leading global cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Strong understanding of semiconductor solutions including MCUs, MPUs, connectivity, analog, power management, and software ecosystems.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced technical degree.

  • Experience with industrial OEMs, building automation, power & energy, factory automation, or robotics customers.

  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar revenue accounts and global design-win pipelines
