THREE is a growing insurance provider that sells a unique and straightforward insurance policy to small businesses – covering their property, liability, auto, and workers compensation risks. It was born out of and remains part of Berkshire Hathaway, one of the most respected companies in the world. At THREE, you’ll join a team of experienced insurance operators that chooses to run lean, promotes autonomy, and is charged with building a commercial insurer that challenges the largest players in its space. 


The Territory Manager I supports agency activation, onboarding, and early production growth through proactive outreach and engagement. 


Job Responsibilities 

  • Conduct proactive outreach to dormant agencies

  • Onboard new agencies and establish engagement cadence 
  • Drive early production benchmarks

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided. The starting compensation range for this position is $52,000 to $65,000 per year plus commission and/or incentive pay potential. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
