Job description

We are looking for a committed Partner Success Manager with a passion for the Microsoft business solutions ecosystem to accelerate growth in Italy.

You will be an ambassador for Companial and Microsoft, responsible for expanding our  partner network and driving new business within the Italian Microsoft ecosystem. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with Microsoft partners, identifying commercial opportunities and supporting partners with the solutions and services they need to grow.


Partner Success Manager at Companial

A key part of this role is helping partners accelerate their cloud journey through Microsoft's Sure Step program. You will guide partners in moving from on-premises to the cloud, enabling them to unlock new business opportunities, AI capabilities and additional Companial services that support their long-term growth. 

As part of the Mediterranean team, you will work closely together with the international Companial teams and report directly to the Country Manager of Italy. This is a fully remote role focused entirely on the Italian market.

Communication is key. Therefore, it is important that your Italian and English are business fluent, both written and spoken. You will work daily with online collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, chat and e-mail. Our CRM system is one of the key tools you will use to manage leads, opportunities, reporting and partner engagement.


What you are going to do:

• Develop new business within the Italian Microsoft partner ecosystem

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Microsoft partners in Italy

• Support partners with the Companial portfolio and Surestep program, including licensing, technical services, training and AI solutions

• Identify commercial opportunities and position Microsoft Business Applications and Companial services accordingly

• Lead presentations, workshops and commercial discussions around Microsoft solutions

• Support partners in developing and growing their Microsoft business through strategic and technical guidance

• Engage partners within the Microsoft and Companial ecosystem by leveraging key programs and initiatives

• Coordinate the execution of services and guide partners throughout their partner journey

• Be the voice of the partner by escalating blockers, opportunities and required resources internally

• Participate in events, partner meetings and business development activities across Italy

• Contribute to the growth strategy of Companial in the Italian market


About you:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, partner management or business development role

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem is highly preferred

• Knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications such as Dynamics 365 CE, F&SCM, Business Central, Azure or Modern Workplace is a strong advantage

• Understanding of the Microsoft partner/channel business is preferred

• Comfortable working independently in a remote and international environment

• Experience at Microsoft or a Microsoft Partner is a strong advantage

• You speak Italian fluently and English professionally

• Ideally you live around Milano

• You are commercially driven, proactive and enjoy building something long-term

• Fulltime position

• Annual salary depending on experience

• 24 vacation days

• Occasional travel (between 2-4 times a month)

• Bonus structure of approximately 1–2 monthly salaries
