As a successful Client Account Manager, you’ll be

  • An empathetic people person with outstanding speaking and listening skills.

  • Highly organized and able to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client's account.

  • A multi-tasker who can analyze and prioritize customer accounts and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • An architect of the client experience, designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts and accounts.

  • Discreet. You can keep all company and customer information confidential.

  • An excellent communicator, verbally and in writing.
