Your role at St John of God Health Care
We are seeking two organised and efficient CHARM System Administrators to support and maintain the CHARM Oncology Information Management System for all hospitals using the application.
The role is responsible for managing system configurations, user access, and ongoing operations while delivering engaging training to caregivers and VMOs at hospital sites. Support will include (but is not limited to), the ongoing management, optimisation and clinical governance of the system.
With the support of a strong network of site champions, the CHARM System Administrator will ensure that users feel confident, capable, and connected—keeping critical systems running smoothly every day.
Two Permanent Part Time positions, offering 68.4 hours per fortnight are on offer.
A flexible working arrangement of up to 40% working from home is available. Individual preferences will also be considered when determining the preferred hospital or office location.
The Position
Provide ongoing system support, acting as Super User and liaising with vendors for escalated issues.
Design, build, and regularly review clinical pathways using oncology and haematology expertise.
Maintain system resources, including user guides, test cases, and functionality assessments.
Support system improvement through testing, upgrades, and input into analysis and reporting development.
You will have: current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as either a Pharmacist or Registered Nurse, along with a minimum of three years’ experience in cancer care. Demonstrated experience in the implementation and utilisation of the CHARM Oncology Information Management System is essential, complemented by highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

We can offer you
Salary $107,232 to $130,982 (pro rata) plus 12% Superannuation
