About the Role
If you enjoy organizing, researching destinations, and helping people plan great getaways, this work-from-home Trip Planner role may be a perfect fit. You’ll support clients by designing tailored travel plans that match their needs, preferences, and budget.
What You’ll Do
Build custom trip itineraries for vacations, weekend getaways, and special-interest travel
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and experiences
Provide clear, accurate information to help clients make confident travel decisions
Update client preferences, trip details, and booking notes in our system
Maintain consistent communication and deliver timely support throughout the planning process
What You Bring
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable navigating online research tools and travel resources
Professional communication and a customer-focused mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
