RED BULL STUDENT MARKETEER - TEAM LEAD - LEINSTER
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador program in the world. They understand Red Bull's target group and are responsible for driving the brand image and product understanding across their region.
In addition to their responsibilities as a Student Marketeer, Team Leads are responsible for leading and developing a regional team of University and Field Student Marketeers. They oversee the day-to-day coordination of the team, ensuring activities are effectively planned, operational standards are maintained and team members are supported to perform at their best.
The goal of the Team Lead is to inspire and develop a high-performing team while continuing to grow the Red Bull brand, reach new consumers, increase sales and deliver exceptional brand experiences through activations, events and product sampling. The Team Lead role offers ambitious students the opportunity to take the next step in their development by combining hands-on field marketing experience with real leadership, coaching and operational responsibility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
# Be A Brand & Product Ambassador
- Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
- Grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time, answering any questions and concerns from consumers.
- Continue to execute innovative field marketing initiatives as a Field Student Marketeer.
- Work at Red Bull and supported events to help ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.
- Lead by example, inspiring your team to consistently deliver premium execution and consumer interactions.
# Lead & Develop Your Team
- Lead, motivate and support a team of University and Field Student Marketeers within your assigned province.
- Organise and facilitate monthly regional team meetings.
- Coordinate regional mission planning, shift allocation and team communication.
- Conduct regular check-ins with Student Marketeers, providing coaching, guidance and support.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Support the onboarding and development of new Student Marketeers.
- Act as the first point of contact for your regional team, escalating issues where appropriate.
# Be An Operational Expert
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of your regional Student Marketeer team.
- Review and submit team wages accurately and on time.
- Ensure all shifts are planned, reported and approved through the dedicated online platforms within required deadlines.
- Oversee regional assets including branded vehicles, equipment and event assets, ensuring they are maintained to company standards.
- Maintain strong communication with the Consumer Collecting Specialist regarding team performance, operational updates and regional requirements.
# Executional Excellence
- Deliver executional excellence and show love for the details in all areas of your role.
- Ensure your team consistently delivers premium execution across sampling missions, events and activations.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the wider team through regular face-to-face and online interaction.
- Support the development of the Student Marketeer programme by identifying opportunities, sharing local insights and driving continuous improvement.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDE
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
- Previous leadership, event management, hospitality, retail or brand ambassador experience is advantageous.
- Great team player with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality.
- Highly approachable with the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of people.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Ability to balance part-time work and university studies while managing multiple priorities.
- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and creating exceptional consumer experiences.

- Fluent in English.
- Full driving licence.
- University enrolment.
