Core responsibilities:

Assist with planning and executing various restaurant projects, including promotions, events, and operational improvements. Monitor and respond to Yelp, Google, and other online reviews in a professional and timely manner. Manage the restaurant owner’s inbox, respond to inquiries, and handle correspondence with vendors, customers, and staff. Organize documents, schedule meetings, take notes, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Help create and schedule social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Communicate with suppliers to place orders, track deliveries, and manage invoices. Assist in coordinating staff schedules, training materials, and employee communications.
