Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva das automações implementadas para garantir o funcionamento e eficiencia.
Apioar no suporte em automações, realizando atendimento de chamados de baixa e média complexidade, garantindo alta disponibilidade das automações;
Participar de alinhamentos e definições de melhoria dos processo;
Atuar no desenvolvimento de automações com ferramentas low code;
Atuar em Squad de automação e Atuar no suporte de automações, realizando atendimento de chamados de ponta a ponta;
Ter atuado no desenvolvimento de automações com ferramentas low code;
Ter atuado em Squad de automação;

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Graduação completa/cursando em TI, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistema, Ciências da Computação e áreas relacionadas;
Conhecimentos em linguagem de programação (exemplo: Python e outras);
Conhecimento em ferramentas de RPA (preferencialmente IBM RPA);
Conhecimento básico em métodos ágeis;
Conhecimento em banco de dados (criação de tabelas, Selects, Inserts, Update);
Excelente habilidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
