Reports To:   Senior Manager - Finance

1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarize in one/two statements why this job exists, and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).

 

In this role the incumbent will monitoring everything what is happening in the market. The incumbent will use the data to analyse the customer working close together with market intelligence. This data needs to be translated into advises and actions to optimize the results of YOHTA. The incumbent is a keyplayer in looking for opportunities and challenge these with the international sales team, customers and senior management.

  • Preparing periodical sales analysis on volume, revenue, mix, margins and business growth;
  • Creating price quotations;
  • Make information and KPI’s available for other departments in dashboards;
  • Translating sales data to management information;
  • Support the sales department during meetings, presentations and negotiations with customers;
  • The incumbent should be willing to do all tasks of this job himself or herself.
  • Good communication is very important – as working remotely in India and the team members & customers are based in YOHTA [customers for pricing = the sales team].
  • Flexibility in working hours. As there is a time difference and ad hoc tasks cannot always wait. Better to start late in the morning and work longer in the evening to have as much as possible overlap between the working hours.
  • Able to be firm when needed as sales people have another interest then pricing.
