Job description

What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on the day-to-day management of patient care pathways in specialized medicine. Understanding how clinical workflows actually function helps improve healthcare systems and care coordination. Your feedback will directly inform how these clinical journeys are mapped and supported in practice.

How It Works

The task involves answering a mix of multiple-choice questions about your current practice workflows and patient management strategies. You will also provide detailed voice responses to elaborate on specific care pathway challenges. The entire process is designed to be straightforward and easily fit into a busy clinical schedule.

Who This Is For

We are looking for practicing Otolaryngologists based in the United States. We welcome general ENTs as well as sub-specialists focusing on pediatric ENT, head and neck surgery, or neurotology. You should have hands-on experience managing complex patient care pathways in a clinical setting.

What You'll Do

  • Answer multiple-choice questions regarding your clinical workflows.

  • Record short voice responses detailing how you handle specific patient care pathways.

  • Describe your approach to managing specialized care transitions.
