3+ years experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro).

Strong video editing skills with a sharp eye for visual storytelling, pacing, and motion.

Proven experience designing high-performing ad creative for Meta + Google Display/YouTube.

Experience working in Klaviyo, designing and building EDMs, flows, and email marketing assets.

Solid understanding of Shopify β€” designing with performance, usability, and conversion in mind.

Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to self-manage and meet fast-paced deadlines.

Core responsibilities:

Design static and motion assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads that align with campaign objectives.

Edit and create short-form video content (UGC-style, branded cutdowns, product highlights) for paid performance channels.

Design and build creative assets for Shopify including homepages, landing pages, banners, and promotional content.

Develop engaging, mobile-first email designs and assets for Klaviyo, supporting campaigns, flows, and retention marketing.

Collaborate with the digital team to create automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) that reflect LMND’s tone and branding.

Maintain LMND’s distinct look and feel across all platforms and formats.

Organise and manage creative assets in an efficient, cloud-based file system.

Stay up to date with digital design and performance trends, especially in fashion and e-commerce.
