Job Purpose


We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality marketing materials using existing templates, prepare files for print and digital use, and manage multiple projects efficiently. The role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create professional, brand-compliant marketing materials using templates.

  • Make revisions and updates based on feedback from internal stakeholders.

  • Prepare and deliver final artwork in the correct formats for print and digital platforms.

  • Complete assigned projects within agreed timelines and communicate any delays proactively.

  • Maintain accurate records of projects and time spent using the scheduling system.

  • Organize and archive files following company naming conventions and folder structures.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and internal clients.

  • Continuously improve design skills, learn new techniques, and enhance productivity.


Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Graphic Design or relevant practical experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

  • Comfortable working on Mac systems and using Microsoft Office 365.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
