Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping medical and dental businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.

About the role:

We are seeking an SEO Manager to lead our client's SEO department and drive organic growth for dental and healthcare clients. The ideal candidate has extensive experience developing and executing SEO strategies, leading remote teams, and delivering measurable organic performance. This role requires expertise across Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Local SEO, and AI-powered search optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize client success.

Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and manage the SEO team, including two offshore SEO Assistants, ensuring high-quality execution across all client accounts.

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies covering Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and AI search optimization (AIO/GEO).

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with content, web development, and client success teams to implement SEO best practices.

  • Monitor organic performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.

  • Create client reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Improve SEO workflows, quality assurance processes, and documentation to ensure consistent delivery.

  • Stay current with Google algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices.

  • Mentor team members and support their professional development while driving continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience managing SEO campaigns.

  • Experience leading or mentoring an SEO team, including remote or offshore team members.

  • Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and AI search optimization.

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, Search Atlas, and other SEO tools.

  • Basic HTML and WordPress knowledge with experience collaborating with development teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with confidence in client-facing meetings.

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.

  • Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred.

Position: SEO Manager

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Latin America & South Africa

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm MST

Holidays: 9 Floating Holidays

Salary: USD 1700 - USD 2200 per month + performance bonuses
