Summary of Position

The Senior Associate, Commercial Solutions & Optimization plays a key role within the Commercial Operations Process & Governance team. This position supports the governance, optimization, and effective use of Global Customer Relationship Management (GCRM) by partnering with Commercial Operations, Sales, Technology, and key stakeholders to improve business processes, elevate data quality, and enhance the overall user experience within GCRM.

This role serves as a strategic business partner focused on process analysis, governance, technology enablement, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will help identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement initiatives, support technology stack management, and drive ideas to support Commercial Operations teams being equipped with reliable data and scalable processes to support business growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process Optimization & Governance

  • Analyze and improve Commercial Operations workflows and business processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

  • Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, and root cause investigations to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Document current and future state processes, workflows, SOPs, and governance procedures.

  • Support the development and maintenance of process governance frameworks across Commercial Operations.

Salesforce (GCRM) Enablement & Data Quality

  • Support the ongoing optimization and governance of GCRM (Salesforce) to improve adoption and user experience.

  • Partner with Technology, and Commercial Operations teams to define business requirements and support system enhancements.

  • Identify and address data quality issues through process improvements, governance controls, and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Analyze recurring business challenges and work with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable solutions.

Technology & Vendor Management

  • Support assessment and management of third-party tools and technologies integrated with Salesforce and Commercial Operations workflows.

  • Assist with documenting and maintaining the Commercial Operations technology ecosystem and related business processes.

  • Evaluate utilization, effectiveness, and business value of commercial technology solutions. 

Reporting, Insights & Knowledge Management

  • Contribute to development of operational reporting and dashboards to measure process effectiveness, data quality, and business outcomes.

  • Analyze trends and performance metrics to generate actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of knowledge management resources, SharePoint sites, and team documentation.

  • Prepare presentations, analyses, and recommendations for leadership and business partners.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, CRM Operations, or a related field.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce (GCRM) and experience supporting business processes within a CRM environment.

  • Experience conducting process analysis, gap assessments, workflow documentation, or continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable recommendations.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Experience using reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Salesforce reporting.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and effectively navigate ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Associate or other Salesforce certification.

  • Experience supporting CRM governance, data quality, or master data management initiatives.

  • Knowledge of SharePoint or other knowledge management platforms.

  • Experience evaluating or supporting third-party applications integrated with Salesforce.

  • Experience in healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, or other highly matrixed commercial organizations.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000 In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026 Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions. We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
