Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead / Clinical Informatics Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of digital referrals, orders, and clinical workflows within a large and complex healthcare ecosystem.The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, administrative teams, and technology partners to improve care coordination, streamline workflows, enhance patient safety, and support the adoption of digital health solutions across multiple care settings.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Clinical Informatics, or a related healthcare discipline.
Minimum of 7–10 years of experience leading or coordinating major clinical informatics, digital health, or healthcare transformation initiatives within large and complex healthcare environments.
Extensive knowledge of healthcare delivery models, clinical workflows, and care coordination processes.
Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMR), clinical information systems, digital referrals, electronic orders, or related healthcare technologies.
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale clinical informatics implementations.
Strong understanding of healthcare systems, information technology, and digital transformation initiatives.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and consensus-building skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in complex environments.
Experience handling politically sensitive issues and navigating large stakeholder groups.
