4 Corner Resources is hiring a Client Technologies Technician that provides 2nd-tier support and configuration for business applications. This role supports systems such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, LMS, and SIMS, ensuring reliability, performance, and smooth implementation. The Technician also delivers regular project updates and partners with teams across the organization to improve technology solutions.

 

Client Technologies Technician Requirements: 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field; or equivalent technical experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in software/application delivery and support
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and SCCM
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Basic PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of VPNs, remote desktop tools, and MDM solutions (e.g., Intune)
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Effective communicator with proven reliability and efficiency
  • Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Teams and Zoom


Client Technologies Technician Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and support packaged and custom business applications
  • Provide 2nd-tier support for enterprise systems and resolve escalated issues
  • Analyze software performance and correct deficiencies
  • Support evaluation and deployment of new packaged applications
  • Deliver weekly status updates on ongoing projects to IT leadership
  • Maintain documentation of services, configurations, and processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate support and technology solutions
  • Provide consultation for system enhancements and best practices


Client Technologies Technician Additional Details:

  • Employment: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and budget
  • Compensation: Starting at $25/hour
