As our Production Lead, you will be the backbone core of our Brand and Creative team, keeping projects moving smoothly from initial brief through to final delivery. Reporting directly to our Creative Director, you will connect our internal creative team members, external partners, and stakeholders to keep work on track, eliminate blockers and navigate changing priorities with adaptability. You will also look at how we build and scale our workflows, blending traditional coordination with AI-driven tooling to keep our production pipeline highly efficient.
Drive project delivery: Coordinate multiple concurrent creative and marketing projects, ensuring high-quality work lands on time.
Manage resource workflows: Build flexible project timelines, proactively balancing team capacity and shifting resources as priorities change.
Optimise operational systems: Continually refine production workflows to simplify processes, clear bottlenecks, and keep our team agile.
Partner with stakeholders: Collaborate closely with internal project leads to manage expectations, solve delivery challenges, and provide project visibility.
Oversee budgets and resources: Manage production spend, external vendor relationships, and freelance contracts to scale content production.
Embed AI efficiencies: Work with our AI Ops team to test, adopt, and integrate smart automation tools that reduce manual tasks.
Systems thinker: Highly proficient with database-driven project management tools, with a strong preference for Airtable or similar platform
Adaptable growth mindset: Resilient, flexible, and genuinely motivated to evolve production processes alongside a scaling business.
AI curiosity: A practical interest in emerging AI tools and a knack for using them to drive operational efficiency.
Strong communicator: Confident relationship builder who can navigate competing priorities, negotiate deadlines, and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.
