Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience designing for a digital-first environment with a solid understanding of social media formats.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate the "why" behind design decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and Figma.
  • Experience in photography or art direction.
