  1. 设立区域工作计划和目标,带领团队完成区域销售指标。
  2. 为代表制定目标和分配指标。
  3. 辅导、管理和帮助下属分析业务,做好计划。
  4. 主导下属的招聘和培训。
  5. 评估下属的工作表现,帮助制定个性化的发展计划。
  6. 管理和分配销售资源。
  7. 筛选、发展和保留区域内目标医院。
  8. 高质量执行报告系统,确保区域内市场信息的及时反馈。
  9. 组织安排推广活动和销售活动。
  10. 及时支持代表解决销售问题,计划和执行与代表的协同拜访,辅导和发展员工。
  11. 与内外部客户建立良好关系,发展和保留KOL。
  12. 上级主管安排的其他任务
  13. 遵循商业行为准则,合法合理开展业务活动

职位要求

  1. 本科及以上学历,医药/医疗器材相关专业优先
  2. 2年以上外资制药公司销售管理经验。
  3. 良好的专业知识和销售技巧,具备业务计划和分析能力。
  4. 具备领导力和影响力。
  5. 沟通能力强,善于谈判。
  6. 对医药市场有较好的理解和把握。
  7. 能够承受压力。
