Job Description:

We are seeking a Workfront Coordinator to support the Marketing Operations team. This role is responsible for administering the Adobe Workfront platform, coordinating marketing workflows, ensuring marketing materials comply with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and supporting project execution across multiple business teams.

Responsibilities:

Manage user access and administration within Adobe Workfront
Train new users and provide troubleshooting support for Workfront-related issues
Process requests for workflow updates, reporting, and system enhancements
Generate and distribute required reports while maintaining proper documentation
Coordinate with project teams to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule
Ensure projects align with business objectives and established processes
Collaborate with marketing, creative, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders
Support continuous process improvements and operational efficiency
Participate in team meetings and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, advertising agency, or related environments
Experience administering or supporting Adobe Workfront preferred
Knowledge of marketing workflow, creative development, and compliance review processes
Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
