We created the website and Apps. to address the fundamental inefficiency in the Auto repair industry costing $40B in productivity every year. The market inefficiency is caused by the unpredictable and random nature of service demand combined with planned and unplanned employee absences from the shop. This problem is accentuated by a national shortage of technicians- getting worse every year- with more baby boomer techs retiring than new millennial techs entering the market. To address this problem, a) shop owners/dealership service directors and technicians need a tool to connect to each other in real-time and b) shops need to collaborate in an ethical manner to share resources to address the daily and weekly changes in service demand vs. resources available. The outcome is a more productive and efficient industry, higher profitability for the shops and higher income for auto technicians.

This is a remote position.

We are a reputable dealership group in Waynesboro, GA since 2014. We appreciate our technicians and we take very good care of them. We are very involved with our community and we sponsor many events and institutions throughout the year including high schools and local parades among others.

We are looking to add 2 experienced technicians to our CDJR dealership. A technician with strong diagnostic skills and another technician who can produce good hours. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to provide an enjoyable life for himself/herself and family.

Qualifications of Automotive Technician/Mechanic

5+ Years of auto repair experience with experience working on CDJR vehicles. CDJR certification desired but not required.
Valid Driver’s License
Capable of moving to Waynesboro, GA within 30-60 days of a job offer
