Exposure to S4 HCM and SuccessFactors Employee central

Minimum 2 end to end cycle of BIB replication projects with personal and payroll data replication is must

Understand and implement enhancements as required for payroll

Able manage workshops and finalize the design, configuration, coordinate with technical team for CPI and ABAP as required
