  • Prepare schedule update reports and graphics in line with contract requirements.
  • Analyze schedule impacts, collect scheduling metrics, and create spreadsheets or databases to interpret and visualize data.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare usable baseline schedules for construction.
  • Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff as needed.
  • Analyze actual construction status against the proposed plan and communicate the impact of schedule changes.
  • Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules and present them to executive leadership or selection committees when required.
  • Cost and manpower load schedules for use during project execution.
  • Prepare Time Impact Analyses using commonly accepted standards and recommended practices.
  • Develop and deliver specialized Planning and Scheduling training.
  • Review schedule quality and performance and recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Own schedule quality, updates, and reporting with accountability, safety, and integrity.
  • Stay close to the project work by working from current drawings, specifications, and field progress to build schedules that are practical and defensible.
  • Use MS Project, metrics, and clear visuals to turn schedule data into useful guidance for Operations and project teams.
  • Collaborate openly with Project Managers, Operations staff, owners, subcontractors, and senior leaders to remove obstacles and keep work moving.
  • Apply Planning & Scheduling Best Practices, use candor in analysis, and look for improvements in reports, training, policies, and procedures every day.
