As a Diversity Actuarial Career Summit participant, there are opportunities to learn about our traditional actuarial consulting track and our specialty consulting tracks within Mercer and at Marsh. You will be exposed to a fast-paced, energetic, action-oriented environment. This virtual event will be held August 19, 2026 from 1:00 pm-5:00 pm (EDT). Over the course of the day, we will provide you with analyst and consultant career paths, group networking, education and team building activities. This program is a unique opportunity to learn about a career in consulting.

WHAT WE VALUE
• Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management, and presentation design
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity; seeking opportunities to develop new skills
• Ability to work in teams and be flexible to work under tight deadlines and changing client needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Progress toward a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or other business- related area
• Curiosity and interest in learning more about a career in the actuarial field
• Students who have just completed their freshman or sophomore years and are graduating in 2028 or 2029
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
