Job description

Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Oracle Cloud EPM Functional Lead (EPBCS & PCMCS) for their Remote  location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • EPBCS Implementation & Solution Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
  • Design and configure EPBCS solutions across Financials, Workforce, Capex, and Projects planning modules.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, Groovy scripts, forms, dashboards, task lists, approval workflows, and planning processes.
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to design forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and driver-based planning solutions.
  • Define planning models and reporting structures that support business objectives and enterprise financial processes.
  • PCMCS Design & Profitability Management
  • Design and configure Oracle PCMCS applications supporting profitability analysis and cost allocation requirements.
  • Develop allocation models, rule sets, driver-based costing frameworks, and profitability reporting solutions.
  • Support management ledger reporting and advanced cost management processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance transparency into costs, profitability, and resource utilization.
  • Apply costing methodologies including activity-based costing and driver-based allocation models.
  • Data Integration & Technical Leadership
  • Design and manage integrations between Oracle Cloud EPM and source systems, including Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, and external data sources.
  • Utilize Data Management, Data Exchange, EPM Automate, REST APIs, and related Oracle integration tools.
  • Define source-to-target mappings, validation rules, reconciliation processes, and data governance standards.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and auditability across planning and profitability applications.
  • Application Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide L2/L3 support for EPBCS and PCMCS applications, including incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and enhancement delivery.
  • Support monthly forecasting cycles, annual planning processes, metadata maintenance, security administration, and integration monitoring.
  • Conduct impact assessments for Oracle quarterly updates and manage testing activities across environments.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Support on service requests, escalations, and issue remediation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and user experience improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management & Governance
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, Cost Accounting, and Technology teams to deliver business-aligned EPM solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, solution reviews, and design walkthroughs.
  • Prepare and maintain Solution Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, Test Scripts, Training Materials, and Cutover Plans.
  • Present project updates, solution recommendations, and status reports to leadership teams and stakeholders.
  • Drive best practices for Oracle EPM governance, documentation, and change management
