Proven experience editing short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention
Excellent judgment in selecting compelling moments from long-form content
Proficiency in one or more of the following: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Descript, and Adobe After Effects

Responsibilities

Turn 60-minute podcast recordings into engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos
Identify the strongest 30–60 second moments and craft compelling hooks that capture attention immediately
Edit talking-head videos, founder updates, behind-the-scenes content, and business-focused clips
Create clean, readable captions with burned-in subtitles optimized for mobile viewing
